Plan together
- Teach children their full name, address and how to call 999.
- Explain the plan calmly. Practice makes it feel normal, not frightening.
- Agree who collects them from school or childcare if you cannot.
Supplies
- Ready-to-feed formula, nappies, wipes, spare clothes and a comfort item.
- Check sizes and dates as they grow.
